If you live with anxiety/depression… it can be a nightmare sometimes and a struggle to find an escape. These are some positive affirmations that you can start saying to yourself to help produce a more positive mental attitude<3 And even if you don’t have a mental illness, these are still good affirmations to say to yourself and just to put yourself in a better mood.

Affirmations can also lead to self-improvement. Just force yourself to believe what you think.. or force yourself to believe what you say. Eventually, your brain will rewire itself and clear itself from negative/self-sabotaging thoughts.

Put on a brave face. Smile back at others. Tell yourself. “I love you” .. Acknowledge your growth and give yourself credit. Be happy with who you are and the person you have become. Don’t live life fearing failure..  or anything for that matter! You got this! A little bit of positive thinking can go a long way! Believe it or not. It will definitely get you to feel more positive and will even help get rid of some of those negative thoughts!
